FastPass Template Library

Download ready-to-use data and artwork templates built for FastPass automation. Standardizing your files reduces back-and-forth and helps us turn campaigns faster.

Why use templates?

FastPass can work with many formats, but speed and automation depend on consistency. Templates lock your file structure and layout so your team can execute quickly when timing matters—without rebuilding files every cycle.

Real-world casino use cases

Make Your Month (Pacing Push)
You’re close to a monthly goal, reinvestment target, or trip objective. A ready-to-go campaign lets you trigger an offer fast to drive last-minute visitation and coin-in.

Save Your Month (Gap Coverage)
You’re trending under pace. A fast-turn campaign helps lift trips, Theo, and revenue before month close—without a long creative/data rebuild.

Tier Movement + Value Protection
You want to push the right incentive to the right player segment (New/Lapsed/Core/VIP) while keeping reinvestment controlled. Templates help ensure your segmentation logic stays consistent.

The point: When the format is already approved, you can act on player behavior and pacing—fast.

Best practice: Once a template is approved, avoid renaming columns, reordering fields, or changing formats without checking with TPI first.

Quick rules that keep automation fast

  • Keep headers and column order consistent (this is what enables repeatable automation)
  • No merged cells; keep formatting simple
  • Keep date formats consistent (e.g., offer start/end, redemption windows)
  • Keep dollar formats consistent (Free Play, Resort Credit, F&B, etc.)
  • If you need a new field (e.g., Host, Segment, reinvestment cap), request it before the next cycle
  • If your campaign uses multiple creatives (e.g., tier-based versions), use the multi-art approach rather than ad-hoc file changes

Data Templates

Use these templates to standardize the files that drive your campaign logic—mail file, offer fields, segment mapping, and matrices. This is where you control who gets what, and why (trip tiers, ADT bands, Theo, lapsed windows, hosted segments, etc.).

Address Only (Simple)

Best for: Static mail where the offer is not individualized at the record level (or offer logic is handled outside the file). Great for awareness, branding, or simple “always-on” pieces.

Mail File + Offers (Single file)

Best for: When each patron row includes the offer details (Free Play, match play, resort credit, F&B, event entry, expiration, etc.) in the same file. Good for bounceback, reinvestment offers, and segmented incentives.

Joining Examples (Mail File + Matrix)

Best for: When patron data lives in a mail file and offer logic is defined in a separate matrix (ideal for segment-driven campaigns like ADT bands, trip frequency tiers, lapsed windows, or tier status).

Make Your Month (Pacing)

Best for: Month-end pacing mailers where you need a predictable, repeatable structure to deploy quickly—often segmented by value (Theo/ADT), recent trips, or reinvestment strategy.

Art Templates

Use these layouts when you want a proven FastPass-ready format. Each template includes a PDF preview and an InDesign working file so your team (or agency) can build creative quickly and consistently.

Reminder: Follow the FastPass Artwork Best Practices before submitting final art.

8.5 x 11 Bifold Templates

8.5 x 11 Bifold — Address Only

Best for: High-volume, low-lift campaigns where the message is consistent and only the addressing changes. Useful for brand, property updates, events, or “touch” campaigns.

8.5 x 11 Bifold — One Offer

Best for: Single-offer campaigns like Free Play bounceback, point multiplier reminders, midweek activation, or “we miss you” reactivation—clean and easy for players to understand.

8.5 x 11 Bifold — Two Offer

Best for: Tiered incentive strategies (e.g., primary offer + secondary add-on), multi-segment offers (Core vs. VIP), or “choose your offer” setups—without changing layout each cycle.

6 x 9 Postcard Templates

6 x 9 Postcard — Address Only

Best for: Quick-hit reminders, event awareness, seasonal touches, or reinforcement mail where the call-to-action is consistent and creative stays static.

6 x 9 Postcard — One Offer (Offer Side Variable)

Best for: Simple, fast-turn offers—bounceback Free Play, food credit, kiosk offer, hot seat promo, or “this week only” activations.

6 x 9 Postcard — One Offer (Mail Panel Variable)

Best for: Properties that need variable content on the mail panel side (common for Penn workflows). This version is built so the mailing panel layout supports variable fields while keeping indicia/return address placement consistent.

6 x 9 Postcard — Two Offer

Best for: Tiered or segmented postcard offers (e.g., Core vs. VIP, ADT bands, lapsed vs. active) where you want two distinct incentives on one piece without changing the layout each cycle. Great for month-end pacing pushes when you need speed but still want reinvestment control.

How to use this library (fast)

  1. Pick the data template that matches your campaign structure (simple, offers-in-file, or matrix-driven segmentation).
  2. Populate it using your segmentation logic (tier, ADT/Theo bands, trip frequency, lapsed window, hosted, etc.).
  3. Choose an artwork template that matches your offer structure (Address Only / One Offer / Two Offer).
  4. Submit to TPI. If it’s your first cycle on a template, send a sample first and we’ll confirm everything lines up.
