The Printer Inc. (“TPI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) understands the importance of your privacy and we take our responsibility to protect your information seriously. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of information that we collect from you, how we use and share that information, and certain choices you may have regarding your information. This Policy applies to information we collect from you through your use of our online applications, brand identities, and services (the “Services”). It also applies to information we collect from you through our website(s), direct communications and inquiries, certain member or business lists and other information you may provide to us for the Services, at our request, or create in use of our Services, or otherwise. The mission of TPI is to facilitate meaningful connections between Casinos and Players in a compliant and responsible manner. At TPI, we understand that relationships are based on trust and respect, and we promise to treat you and your information in a respectful and ethical manner.
Please read this Policy carefully before using our website or Services. By using our website and Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy and our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described below. If you do not agree with the practices described in this Policy, you may choose not to use the website or our Services. Your use of our Services is also subject to any applicable Terms of Service or other agreements.
Please note that we provide many of our services to Casinos and other Organizations (referred generally as “Casino(s)”). Our Services may contain links to these third-party Casino’s websites. These Casinos have their own privacy practices relating to your information. We cannot take responsibility for the content of their websites or their data-handling practices. This Policy does not apply to the practices of these third-party Casinos, nor do we control them.
TPI as a Service Provider
When TPI acts as a service provider for Casinos, we collect some personal information on behalf of such Casinos subject to our contractual obligations. When acting as a service provider for casinos, TPI collects and processes personal information on behalf of such casinos in accordance with applicable contractual obligations. TPI processes such information strictly pursuant to the instructions of the casino, which maintains control over the content and personal data it provides to TPI. Casinos are responsible for any information they provide. This Policy does not apply to the personal information that TPI processes on behalf of Casinos.
Personal Information We May Collect About You
“Personal information” is any information that identifies you or can be used to contact you. We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact, profile, and registration information — We may collect certain information from you when you use, register for, or set up a profile through one of our Services, including your name, email address, address, telephone number, username, date of birth, user ID (e.g. Player ID or Loyalty #), and location data through our Mobile Applications if the Players consent to all Location Services to be enabled.
- Casino Information — Through your use of our Services, we may collect certain types of information relating to the Casino with which you are affiliated, such as the Casino’s name, type, and contact information, and your position at the Casino.
- Service Use Information — After you register to use or set up an account for one of our Services, you may be able to provide additional personal information through the Service, as well as information regarding any Casino with which you are affiliated. For example, some of our Services allow you to provide information about performances and other events in which you are participating. In certain circumstances, such information may also be provided by third parties, Casino operators or administrators who have accounts with our Services.
- Inquiry information — If you contact us through our website, email, or otherwise, we may collect information about you, your inquiries, and any communications with us. Likewise, if you post comments on blogs available on our websites, we may collect and store those comments. We may request you participate in surveys from time to time and will store the responses to such surveys.
- Communications via Services — Some of our Services may permit you to communicate with other users, including through messages or notes. We may, at our discretion, monitor the communications that take place on our Services to protect our Users and monitor the effectiveness of our Service. We may monitor communications within our Services for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes, consistent with applicable law.
- Member (“Player”) Information — Through your use of our Services, we may request of you and/or you may create lists containing certain types of information relating to Players or business affiliates of the Casino (the “List(s)”). This information may include names, email addresses, telephone number, and your interests. You agree to allow TPI use of the Lists for the benefit of the Casino in certain engagement and/or solicitation campaigns. TPI may cross-reference the List with other public domain or privately licensed data for its business purposes. When using the Services, you may choose to be added to a Casino’s group. If you do so, you consent to TPI sharing your information with that group.
- IP Address or Device Identifier — When you visit our website, we collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, which identifies the computer or service provider that you use to access our website or your mobile device identifier. We may use these identifiers to collect information about the length of time spent on our website or the specific areas visited. Likewise, when you access our Services using a mobile device, we may collect a unique identification number associated with your device, details regarding the device type, and, depending on your device settings, geographical location information relating to the device.
Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) We May Collect About You
We do NOT collect the following categories of Sensitive Personal Information as identified by applicable law:
- Government Identifiers such as Social Security, driver’s license, State ID, or passport numbers.
- Account Access Credential in combination with financial account numbers.
- Physical Characteristics: Information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs or union membership.
- Heath and genetic data: Genetic data and/or information concerning your health, sex life or sexual orientation.
Some of our services while acting as an agent of a Casino customer may collect:
- Casino Access Credentials.
- Precise geolocation data when geolocation services are enabled on your smartphone for our Mobile App Service.
Purpose of Collection and Use
The SPI data we do collect is only necessary for business purposes, including providing services, maintain security, ensuring safety and conducting internal analytics.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We never sell your SPI data or any data we’ve collected about you. We may share with service providers who are contractually obligated to keep it confidential only for authorized purposes to support your use of our Services.
How We Collect from You
We may collect personal information about you directly when you (or your agents) provide it to us while using our website and Services. Like most websites, we use technologies (discussed below) that may automatically collect information about you regarding your use of our website and Services. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you. We may also collect personal information from third party sources, including our service providers, publicly available data, social media, and through the Casino(s) you are affiliated with.
Cookies. Cookies are small text files with alphanumeric characters that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Cookies permit us to automatically recognize you when you return to our website, let you log in faster and enhance your navigation of our websites. They also allow us to track and collect information about your interactions with our website, including how frequently you use the Service, the pages you view, the links you click, and your usage over time. The phone numbers we collect and the consent we receive to call/ text will not be shared with 3rd party providers.

How We Use Your Information
In addition to the uses discussed above, we use your personal information, to:
- Operate, maintain, and provide you and the Casino with whom you are affiliated with the Services for which you have registered;
- Present the content of our website, applications, and our Service platforms to you;
- Optimize your experience as a user of our website or Services;
- Improve our Services and content of the website and applications;
- Provide you with notices about your Casino or your account;
- Respond to inquiries from you or your Casino regarding our Services;
- Permit Casino Operators or Administrators of the Casino with which you are affiliated to contact you;
- Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our Services;
- Market our Services or provide you with information about our Services;
- Engage in a merger, sale, divestiture, or other transaction involving the equity or assets of TPI;
- Comply with our legal obligations, protect our website and Services, and enforce our contracts;
- Enforce or protect the terms of our services, rights, property, safety, or rights of our users or third parties;
- Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; and
- Perform other functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
CCPA defines “Sharing” as any disclosure of personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration. “Cross-context behavioral advertising” is defined as the targeting of advertising based on your personal information obtained from your activity
across websites, applications, or services outside of the websites or Services. In the past 12 months, TPI has not sold or “shared” personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our Communications with TPI Customers
We communicate with users on a regular basis via email to provide requested services, and to resolve customer complaints. We use your email address to confirm your opening of a TPI account, to send information about important changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures required by law. Generally, users cannot opt out of some of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.
We also use your email address to send you other types of communications that you can control. You may choose whether to receive some, all or none of these communications when you complete the registration process, or at any time thereafter, by logging in to your account and changing your preferences or by clicking the “unsubscribe link” in the email you received. You can also change your choices at any time through the same procedure. In connection with independent audits of our financial statements and operations, the auditors may seek to contact a sample of our customers to confirm that our records are accurate. However, these auditors cannot use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Further, Casinos and users of our Services can review, correct, and delete personal information that they have provided by accessing and updating that information through the Services. While Casinos should be handling correction and deletion requests for their users directly, they may contact TPI directly to do so for personal data directly under TPI’s control. If you have questions about reviewing or modifying your account information, you can contact us directly through email. You can also choose not to provide us with certain information requested through our website, but that may result in being unable to use certain features of our Services. Protection and Retention of Your Information
We understand the importance of safeguarding your information and take administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your personal information from loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. Please be aware, however, that no security measures or data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warranty the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
Please note that we may store and process your information in the United States. The United States may have laws regarding data collection and use that are different from, or less stringent than, the laws in your home country or state.
We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purpose stated in this Policy, unless otherwise extending the retention period is required or permitted by law or subject to our retention policies as may be in place from time to time. The data storage period may vary with scenario, product, and service. The standards we use to determine the retention period are as follows: the time required to retain personal information to fulfill business purposes, including providing products and services; maintaining business records; controlling and improving the performance and quality of the website; handling possible user queries or conducting assessments of user complaints; and whether the laws, contracts, and other equivalencies have special requirements for data retention.
Privacy for Underage Users
TPI does not knowingly collect or solicit information from minors under the legal gambling age of 21 except for a few tribal casinos where the legal gambling age may be 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register as users for its Services. The Services are not directed at any minor or categories of minors. In registering for Services, Casinos, their Players, and other users are required to certify that they will not permit or request that minors submit information to the Services.
Please note that, in order to use some of our Services, the user may need access to Player ID issued by the Casino offering the Service. Certain Services may include options that allow you to enter an email address or phone number that is shared with administrators or other individuals affiliated with the Casino. By entering that information, you are authorizing them to contact you.
Your Rights
You may have certain rights relating to your personal information subject to local data protection laws. Depending on the applicable laws and in certain circumstances, you may have the following rights:
- Right to Know: The right to request any or all of the following information relating to your personal information we have collected and disclosed, upon our verification of your identity:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
- The categories of sources of the personal information we have collected about you.
- Our business purpose for collecting that personal information.

Only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. If you are making a request on behalf of another person, you must provide written legal documentation that you are authorized to act on behalf of that individual. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows TPI to reasonably verify you are the person about whom it collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
TPI may not be able to fulfill your request or provide you with personal information if it cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. To verify your identity, TPI may request up to three pieces of personal information about you, and TPI reserves the right to take additional steps as necessary to verify your identity if it has reason to believe a request is fraudulent. TPI endeavors to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If TPI requires more time (up to 90 days), it will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
