A New Era Begins: TPI Celebrates Its Employee-Owners

On July 2, TPI celebrated one of the most significant days in its history as employee-owners gathered at the company’s headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa, while teams in Las Vegas, New Jersey, and Baton Rouge joined via livestream to share the experience in real time.

The Founder’s Recognition celebration marked the announcement of TPI’s inaugural Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) share price, giving employee-owners their first tangible look at the value they’re building together. More importantly, it recognized every employee as a Founder of TPI’s next chapter.

The company-wide event united employees across all four locations as leadership reflected on TPI’s history, celebrated the transition to employee ownership, and shared a vision for the future. Each employee-owner also received a commemorative Founder’s Recognition packet featuring personalized ownership documents, a letter from Founder Bill, ESOP information, and exclusive Founder gifts to mark this historic milestone.
