TPI NAMED PREFERRED MOBILE APP PARTNER FOR KONAMI SYNKROS CUSTOMERS

DES MOINES, Iowa — [July 20, 2026] — TPI is proud to announce a new partnership with Konami Gaming, Inc. naming TPI’s Player Connect Mobile App as a preferred mobile app partner for land-based casinos using Konami’s SYNKROS® casino management system. Through this partnership, SYNKROS properties will have preferred access to TPI’s Player Connect Mobile App, a fully branded mobile experience designed to help casinos strengthen player engagement, improve communication, and connect loyalty, marketing, and guest service touchpoints through a single platform.

Player Connect gives Casino Operators a flexible mobile solution featuring personalized offers, account information, push notifications, digital player cards, win/loss access, profile updates, advanced geofencing, cashless and cardless experiences, slot finder tools, and other guest-facing features through deep integration with Konami’s SYNKROS. The app is supported by TPI’s Player Portal, Operator Console, Analytics Engine, and white glove service.
