Des Moines, IA — April 6th 2026 — TPI is proud to announce the promotion of Jessica Hoffman to Vice President of Client Services, recognizing her leadership, dedication to serving customers, and long-standing impact on the company’s growth.

Jessica has been a key part of TPI’s success for nearly two decades, playing a central role in building the company’s reputation for responsiveness, reliability, and white-glove service. In her new role as Vice President of Client Services, she will continue to foster growth, education and continuity between sales, project management and ultimately TPI’s 350+ casino clients, ensuring that customers receive the gold standard in service.
